About the Class
Free to Attend!
Join Elyssia and some of her favorite collaborators for an exploration of contemporary partnering. This series breaks down the mechanics of "shared weight" to help dancers build a foundation of trust and communication. Together, we will navigate the transition from solo contemporary technique into contact, learning to execute creative lifts safely and effectively. Whether you’re new to partnering or looking to deepen your practice, we prioritize a supportive environment with modifications for all comfort levels.
